THERESA POWERS, MS, CCC-SLP
Theresa was born near Cleveland, Ohio and received her Bachelor’s degree from Miami University of Ohio. She moved to South Carolina in 2004 and attended The Medical University of South Carolina where she received her Master’s Degree. She has worked with both adults and pediatrics with a wide variety of diagnoses.
Theresa treats children with a variety of diagnoses including Developmental Delay, Autism, Fluency Disorders, Apraxia, Dysphagia, Cerebal Palsy, Down Syndrome, CHARGE and Articulation Disorders. She holds her Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC) through ASHA and is also SC State Board Certified. Theresa and her husband are proud parents to boy/girl twins. She enjoys running, playing softball and spending time with her family and 2 dogs.
